Common Questions

Do I need ID or proof of address? No. You do not strictly need proof of address or ID to register with a GP. However, if you have them, uploading helps us match your NHS record faster.

Can I register if I live outside your catchment area? Yes. We are an open practice and accept registrations from anywhere in London. The only limitation is that home visits are only available within our catchment area. All other services are fully available to out-of-area patients.

I have a child or baby to register? You can register children using the same online form. Have their NHS number handy (found in the Red Book) if possible.

Asylum seekers and refugees You do not need a fixed address, immigration documents, or NHS number to register. Everyone is entitled to NHS care.

How long does registration take to process? You will usually receive confirmation of your registration by email.
