Carers’ Hub Support
Carers’ Hub provides support to unpaid carers living in Lambeth or caring for someone living in the Borough.
They offer a programme of face to face and online peer support groups and social activities as well as targeted 1:1 support both to adult and young carers aged 5 and upwards.
If you work with someone who is looking after a family member, friend, partner or neighbour and who would benefit from this support, please get in touch with the team via the following options:
Email: [email protected] or [email protected]
Contact: 0207 501 8970
Online Referral: https://www.carershub.org.uk/self-referral-form
Carers aged 18+ can also sign up for a Lambeth Carers Card offered by the Carers Hub in partnership with MYsocial.
The Lambeth Carers Card flags up ‘I am Carer. Someone depends on me’ and includes space to add emergency contact details. This means if something happens to the carer, people will know who to contact to help look after the person they care for.
The Lambeth Carers Card also connects carers to deals and discounts at participating local businesses and Active Lambeth leisure centres.
