Continuity of Care

Building a relationship with a regular clinician helps your care and we encourage this at Binfield Road Surgery. If you have a particular doctor, nurse or other practice team member you would like to talk to, this timetable shows you their working week.
Most of our team have other roles either within or outside the practice so are not available every day, however we have a spread of the team across the week to make sure we have good access and appointment availability. If your particular doctor or nurse is not available and you feel your concern is urgent, we will make an appointment with a suitable alternative team member or service.

Out of Hours

When our practice is closed you can still get support. You can get expert medical advice and useful information by callingĀ 111 or through 111 online.

The NHS 111 service is available 24 hours a day and can provide patient information, issue prescriptions to a pharmacy of your choice, book a GP appointment, and, if necessary, refer people to emergency services.
