Guide dogs are welcome at the surgery, but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs.

Loop System

A hearing loop or induction loop is available at reception for individuals using hearing aids to help improve sound for hearing aid users.

 

Blind / Partially Sighted

Audio-descriptive appointment announcements are also utilised in the reception and waiting area which accommodates to blind or partilaly sighted individuals.
