Dr Anjalie Rajapakse’s day is centred on direct patient care alongside essential clinical administration such as managing prescriptions, blood results and referrals. Beyond scheduled appointments, she also manages urgent medical emergencies in the clinic and over the phone. Anjalie completed her medical training at St George’s and gained valuable experience in emergency medicine before finding her home in primary care. She values being part of the Binfield team because of their shared ethos of putting patients first, and describes a wonderful sense of collective care where every staff member is invested in the wellbeing of the community. When not at the surgery, Anjalie enjoys hiking, reading and exploring the arts.
