Dr Anand Patel (MBBS BSc MRCP MRCGP DFFP PGCME FECSM) is a GP partner and GP trainer at Binfield Road Surgery, with specialist clinical interests in men’s health, sexual function, contraception and HRT. Alongside NHS general practice, he works in specialist men’s health medicine.
I qualified in 2000 from King’s College, London. “I left Medicine in 2004 to become a Biology teacher at Brighton College (which was brilliant) and finally completed my GP training in 2008. Apart from my work as a GP, I specialise in Men’s Health and sexual function at the Centre For Men’s Health on Harley Street and train doctors to become GPs which is tremendous fun. I live in Brighton with my partner and two cats. I would really like a dog.”
